Message	one could sell it "asap" for $10,000 more. Second, a sob story does not appear in a legit ad (I know, it's possible), and giving a full name, to appear honest, makes my alarms go off. Third, if it were legit, unless you live next door, it's sold already. Fourth, people keep memorabilia of loved ones, not sell them.
